MHA #6 Friday Night, Post Prom
Apr. 6th, 2018 01:54 pmOn Monday, Liam and Verity had acted like mature, responsible adults, agreeing that the smart thing to do would be to wait until things calmed down and they had a chance to talk. And by the time prom let out, Verity was ready to toss maturity, responsibility, and talking out the window in order to take Liam's suit off with her teeth.
Liam was only making it worse as Verity fought with her keys, his hands strong on her hips, lips playing all over her neck. At this point, Verity couldn't remember what they needed to talk about and was pretty sure it wasn't all that important anyway. Nothing was more important than getting them inside and back into her bedroom. Or the hallway. Possibly just the couch.
Look, the tension had been building up between them for freaking ever. It was more than time to just give in and enjoy themselves.
...Right?
